This month’s Lunch & Learn will focus on the MakerBot Replicator – an affordable 3D printer that can turn technical drawings in to real life objects in a matter of minutes – or, if it’s really big, then hours. People are making anything they can imagine – key chains, bottle openers, whistles, musical instruments, desk organizers, art work, even replacement parts for planes and people.

We’ll be giving demos of 3d printing, laser cutting (courtesy of an IBM community grant !)  and circuit hacking .. We’ll have refreshments and we’ve even got some door prizes.  Come see our facility, see our plans, and tell us how you’d like to use this facility and help us grow.
